The Logbook

Free for every operator. Always one tab away. Yours, on your own disk.

The list

Every contact, with every confirmation beside it

Search, filter and page through your whole log. Each row shows LoTW, eQSL and QRZ confirmations and the QSL World card at a glance, and opens a full editor with the contact, your station and the QSL details. Dock it as a sidebar with F9 and it stays live while you browse the cluster or a contest page.

  • LoTW, eQSL, QRZ columns
  • Speed Log for rapid entry

Templates

Eleven ways to log, one form each

A template changes the entry form to the kind of operating you are doing. POTA activator fills the park from your location; SOTA fills summit names and points; Contest keeps auto-incrementing serials and the exchange fields Cabrillo needs; Satellite records the bird, the sat mode and both six-character grids; VHF weak signal keeps distance and propagation.

  • Classic · POTA activator and hunter · SOTA
  • WWFF · IOTA · Contest · Satellite
  • VHF/UHF weak signal · DXpedition · Rag chew

Integrations

LoTW, QRZ, eQSL and QSL World, without handing anyone your keys

Upload to LoTW through the TrustedQSL you already have installed: the private key never leaves your computer and never touches Ham Browser. Import your QRZ logbook and push new contacts back. Send to eQSL in batches with live progress and a stop button; a batch is only marked sent when every record is accounted for. Everything logged on QSL World, by any logger, lands here.

  • TQSL found automatically on macOS, Windows and Linux
  • eQSL: 7,231 contacts uploaded in one sitting
  • Enrichment fills blanks, never overwrites what you logged

Club logs

One log, several operators, every change signed

Invite others into a logbook by link. Managers invite and set roles, operators log and upload, viewers look and change nothing. Each person signs in with their own callsign and account, never with yours, so every contact and every edit carries a name. The invitation expires in 14 days, works once, and only for the callsign it was sent to.

  • Managers, operators, viewers
  • Their own logbooks stay theirs
  • No shared passwords
The QSL album

A copy on your own disk

A real SQLite database of your log lives on your computer. Grid Rush reads it, the logbook serves from it when qslworld.com is unreachable, and a contact saved while offline waits in an outbox and is sent the moment the connection is back. Export a backup any time.
